Yes, your wallpaper is custom-produced to your exact wall dimensions. Our design team can make any layout adjustments based on your space completely free of charge. Simply contact us or leave a note at checkout with your preferences.

Yes. Through our visualisation tool, you can upload a photo of your wall or space and select any design from our collection. Our team will then prepare a photorealistic mock-up showing how the chosen wallpaper will look in your actual interior. It’s a great way to preview the design before committing to a purchase, and we’re happy to guide you on placement and scale if needed.

We include two visualisations for free. For additional variations within the same project, we offer extra mockups for a 50 Euro down payment, which is fully deductible from your final purchase.

Make sure your wall measurements are correct and final before placing your order. Since each wallpaper is custom-made, orders based on incorrect user-provided measurements may not be eligible for returns. If we ship dimensions different from your order, we’ll correct it at no cost.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, and PayPal. We also accept bank transfers. If you prefer to pay via bank transfer, we can issue a formal project quote for your order. All payments are processed securely, and we do not store any payment details.

Orders are processed within 1 working day and shipped within 7 working days.

Your wallpaper is carefully packed in a durable, moisture-resistant cardboard tube to ensure safe delivery.

We offer tracked, door-to-door delivery within the EU and the USA.

We ship from Croatia. Typical shipping times are 2 to 5 working days after dispatch. You’ll receive tracking details as soon as your order is shipped.

If you notice a production or shipping defect, we’ll replace the affected segment or the entire wallpaper at no cost. Please inspect all segments carefully before installation and contact us immediately if something doesn’t look right.

If there are valid reasons for a return, we will provide you with a shipping label and arrange return shipping free of charge. The customer must coordinate this process with us to ensure a smooth and timely return.

You can also choose to arrange the return shipping yourself. If you do, we take no responsibility for the delivery and we will not issue a refund until we have received the product. We do not reimburse any shipping cost if you arrange the shipping independently.

Replacements are sent out upon either physical inspection of the faulty wallpaper or after receiving adequate photos clearly showing the defect. Once we agree that a replacement is needed—whether it’s specific segments or the full product—we will arrange and cover the shipping free of charge.

Once the returned product has been received and inspected, we will issue a full refund within 14 days. The refund will be processed through the same payment method used for the original purchase, with no additional transaction fees.

Please ensure the wallpaper meets your expectations before installation, as we do not reimburse any costs related to mounting or assembly.
